We have not been able to replicate this with any of the rifles in the shop, but if this happens to you stop the installation and send us your rail. We will mill out a section so that your bottle is not damaged. We theorize that this is due to variations or design differences in the neck length and/or thickness of the carbon fiber bottles. If your Chassis has bare aluminum in this area it has already been modified to accommodate variations in carbon fiber bottles.

(If the thread size is smaller than 9.6 mm in diameter you will need the version 1.5 adapter) You have to remove the factory threads first. The factory thread has two flat sides where they can use a wrench to turn it counterclockwise to remove. Then add on the DonnyFL adapter.
