30-Day Return Policy
- Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, you may return new and unused merchandise in its original packaging for the full purchase price minus shipping. A 5% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund to cover bank fees.
- Items that are used, not in original packaging, or otherwise not in new and sellable "as new" condition cannot be returned without prior authorization from an DonnyFL representative. If approved, a restocking fee of 15% applies. This 15% includes the 5% transaction fee to cover bank fees.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for retuned or exchanged items. The customer is responsible for shipping returned merchandise, and all products should be packaged safely and insured. Any damage that occurs in return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Any merchandise that has been tampered with, customized, or shows any sign of damage due to user misuse will not be eligible for return.
- Refunds and exchanges will be processed after inspection by our staff within 2 weeks from the time we receive all eligible merchandise back to our facility.
- All credit card cancellations and/or refunds will be subject to 5% transaction fee to cover bank fees.
- If you believe the product you received is not the one you ordered, or you think you received a defective product, contact a member of our customer service team through the website immediately.
- When sending products back to us please write the reason for your return on a copy of your original invoice and include the invoice with your securely packaged items to the following address:
