RYU: Symbolism and Design

In Japanese mythology, koi carp symbolizes samurai warriors, braving upstream battles to the top of waterfalls. Those that make it are transformed into dragons, symbolizing strength and perseverance. RYU, Japanese for dragon, embodies this transformation. With a diameter of 1.2 inches (30.48mm), the RYU is our robust, evolved version of the KOI.
