The Version 2 QD Base for the Yokozuna Moderator brings a new level of user defined adjustment to the popular Yokozuna modular system.
We've replaced the spring in favor of an infinitely adjustable, internal, threaded barrel mechanism which allows the user to define how tight the lock-up will be on their airgun's barrel or shroud, minimizing the possibility of movement of the unit during the shot cycle.
Internal testing has shown a dramatic drop in shot cycle vibration especially on PCP's with high-flow valves and those using high regulator pressures.
The V2 QD Base comes with the tools needed to properly tension, set and prep the base for installation on your Yokozuna, though some users may wish to install a 4mm Allen wrench (not included) into the narrow end of the adjustment tool for more leverage.
Th V2QD Base is compatible with all versions of the Yokozuna moderator and all DonnyFL QD Barrel Adapters.
